By downloading, installing, or using the P3: Altcoin Smart Money Spy mobile application (the "App", "P3", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
P3 provides real-time cryptocurrency market data aggregation and analytical tools, including but not limited to:
The App provides analytical data and tools only. Nothing in the App constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. You should not treat any of the App's content as such.
You are solely responsible for all trading decisions. P3 does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed.
P3 offers auto-renewable subscriptions: a Weekly plan and an Annual plan, which unlock the App's premium features. Current prices are displayed in the App and on the App Store and may vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
The Annual plan may include a free trial period (currently 14 days) for eligible new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid, auto-renewing subscription at the price shown in the App. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the selected plan.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store policy; P3 does not directly process payments or issue refunds.
P3 does not require you to register an account or provide an email address to use the App. During onboarding you may optionally enter a display name, which is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including the Score algorithm, Altmeter, Market Deviation metrics, UI design, and branding — are owned by P3 and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Market data is aggregated from third-party exchanges (Binance, Bybit, OKX, etc.). P3 is not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party data. Exchange outages or data delays are beyond our control.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, P3 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Cryptocurrency trading carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage available in crypto markets can work against you as well as for you. Before deciding to trade cryptocurrencies, you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
This App is licensed, not sold, to you. Your license to use the App is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Apple Standard EULA"), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. These Terms supplement the Apple Standard EULA. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA with respect to your license to use the App, the Apple Standard EULA shall govern, and the governing law and dispute-resolution provisions of the Apple Standard EULA shall apply.
This agreement is concluded between you and P3 only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. You acknowledge that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
