Your display name and onboarding preferences are stored locally on your device using on-device storage and are not transmitted to our servers. We do not maintain a personal user profile about you beyond your device.
The only per-user data stored on our servers is your push notification token together with your notification preferences (selected alert types, exchange, and custom price signal levels). This is required so we can deliver alerts when the app is in the background or closed. This record is keyed to your push token, not to your name or email.
Market data is streamed in real-time from our aggregator servers and is not stored on a per-user basis. We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data transmission.

If you enable push notifications, your device's push token and your notification preferences (alert types, exchange, and price signal levels) are sent to and stored on our servers, and notifications are delivered via Expo Push and Apple Push Notification Service (APNs). This is what allows alerts to reach you even when the app is closed.
We send notifications only for alerts and price levels you have explicitly enabled. You can turn off push notifications at any time from within the App or in your device Settings; turning them off removes your subscription from our servers.
P3: Altcoin Smart Money Spy is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the service. Data stored locally on your device is deleted when you uninstall the App. Your server-side push subscription is removed when you disable notifications, or automatically when the push token becomes invalid (for example, after you uninstall the App). Connection logs are kept only briefly for security and abuse prevention.
Our servers and third-party processors may be located outside your country of residence. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of the limited data described above to these servers for the purpose of providing real-time analytics and notifications.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
